Das Zimmer kann komplett möbliert angemietet werden oder ohne Möbel, die Küche ist inklusive aller benötige Küchenutensilien und im Badezimmer steht eine Waschmaschine *KEIN TROCKNER*. Für Das Zimmer muss eine Kaution in Höhe von 400€ hinterlegt werden die beim Auszug wieder ausbezahlt wird sofern keine Mietschulden o. ä. Entstanden sind.
